Coffee Returns & Refunds

We take pride in roasting and quality-checking every batch of coffee. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or if there’s any issue, please contact us at info@whiteoakmountaincoffee.com so we can make it right.

Note: We do not offer returns or refunds on sale items or gift cards.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction.

If more than 5 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@whiteoakmountaincoffee.com.
